Accessibility statement
This statement sets out how prosperainv.net is made accessible, the standard it is measured against, where it still falls short, and how to reach the person responsible.
Our commitment
Prospera is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We regard accessibility as part of treating every client and visitor with the same care and discretion.
This site was built and is maintained in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013, including regulation 35 concerning internet services.
The standard we follow
We aim to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, and we apply WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria where they improve the experience.
The site is tested with keyboard-only navigation and with screen readers, and it is reviewed again whenever significant content or design changes are made.
What we have implemented
A “skip to main content” link at the start of every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the header.
Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator on every link, button and form field.
Semantic headings, landmarks and lists, descriptive page titles, and a declared page language so assistive technology can announce content correctly.
Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so they are skipped by screen readers.
Form fields with permanent visible labels, clear error and status messages announced through live regions, and no reliance on colour alone to convey meaning.
Text and interface colours that meet AA contrast ratios, layouts that reflow and remain readable when zoomed to 200% or viewed on a small screen, and tap targets sized for comfortable use on mobile.
No automatically playing audio or video, no flashing content, and no time limits on completing the enquiry form.
Known limitations
Some content is delivered through third-party services (for example our hosting and email infrastructure) whose interfaces we do not control. Where we identify an accessibility barrier in such a component we look for an accessible alternative.
If you meet a page or element that does not work for you, please tell us — we treat every report as a fault to be fixed and will offer the information or service through another channel in the meantime.
Accessible service beyond the website
Our work is carried out by telephone, email, video call and in person. We are glad to adapt how we communicate — larger-print or plain-text documents, longer meetings, a slower pace, or the presence of a family member, interpreter or personal assistant — at no additional cost.
Meetings in Israel can be arranged at a location that is physically accessible to you, or held remotely if that is easier.
Accessibility coordinator
Requests, questions and complaints about accessibility can be sent to our accessibility coordinator:

We aim to acknowledge every accessibility request within two business days and to resolve it as quickly as reasonably possible.
