Privacy notice

Discretion is part of our work, not an afterthought. This notice explains, in plain language, what personal information Prospera collects, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Prospera provides independent financial oversight, reporting and coordination for families and their advisors across the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

You can reach us at info@prosperainv.net with any question about this notice or about the information we hold.

What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, location and message you choose to provide, together with the area of interest you select. Providing a telephone number and location is optional.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling on this site. Basic technical information such as your IP address may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use the details you send solely to respond to your enquiry, to hold a first confidential conversation, and to keep a record of that correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a request you have made, and where relevant the steps taken to enter into a professional engagement.

We do not sell financial products, and we never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who can see it

Enquiries are read by Prospera personnel only. Our website and database hosting providers process the data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and information may be stored on servers outside your country of residence with appropriate safeguards in place.

We share information with an accountant, lawyer or other advisor only where you have asked us to coordinate on your behalf, or where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, and are then deleted. Where an engagement begins, records are kept for the period required by the professional and legal obligations that apply to it.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, to provide a copy, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to info@prosperainv.net and we will respond within one month.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Security and changes

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send account numbers, identification documents or passwords through the enquiry form — we will agree a secure channel with you first.

We may update this notice as our services change. The date below shows when it was last revised.
